Rosalia Vila known as Rosalia is a Spanish Pop/Flamenco performer. Since she was a teen she sang with traditional as well as popular music. However, her singing interests have broadened to include soul, hip-hop and hip-hop. Pepe Habichuela has described her vocals as being smooth, elegant and sharp while also having a bit of bite. El Mal Querer was her significant commercial breakthrough and critical success in 2018. Following the release of Los Angeles garnered her attention and a Latin Grammy Nomination for Best New Artist and it was a top hit on Billboard's Latin Pop Albums and she was awarded the Grammy. La Fama featuring Weeknd debuted in 2021. Motomami is her third album, featured songwriting collaborations between Cory Henry and James Blake. The album came out in 2022 because of an appearance on Saturday Night Live appearance by the singer Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia has become the only Spanish artist to perform alone on the popular program. Motomami was her album which won the three Latin Grammy Awards also made Rosalia the first female singer to receive won the Latin Album of the Year award twice.
